Spatial Humanities 2024 will take place in Bamberg, Germany, from September 25 to 27, 2024. This Conference is focused on geospatial technologies (for example, Geographic Information Systems) and its contribute to the Humanities. It happens every two years, organised by the Digital Humanities Lab (IHC, NOVA FCSH/IN2PAST), Ghent Centre for Digital Humanities, and Lancaster University Centre for Digital Humanities.
The Bamberg edition will feature a special session with a focus on Spatial Humanities and Heritage and will be preceded by a workshop on the MapReader tool.
